1.1 The project will start the day after the confirmation of the contract.

1.2 The developer will confirm or reject the contract within 24 hours of sending the contract.

1.3 The project will be handed over to the client within 10 days after the confirmation of the contract.

1.4 The project is done in English, the project can also be done in another language like German, French or other if the client provides the desired text to the developer.

1.5 During the work on the project, the client is obliged to provide the developer with the information, text, image, or other information necessary for the implementation of the project, if changes are made to the project. If the client avoids communication with the developer then the execution time may be increased or the developer may withdraw from the contract.

1.6 The developer offers ready-made projects to the client, which the client chooses himself. At the client's request, the developer makes changes to the existing projects (text, address, product price, picture).

1.7 The projects offered by us are mainly built on front-end services. Under the conditions of backend services, prices increase, in the case of such a project, the price is negotiable with the developer.

2.1 The total cost of the project depends on the price of the selected project, which is determined in advance in the chapter of this contract.

2.2 The full cost of the project includes the services of the developer until the completion of the project.

2.3 After the completion of the project, when the client signs the project. The developer is not obligated to provide monthly or yearly support. After the completion of the project, if the client wants to help with the management of the website, an additional agreement can be reached.

2.4 The project service also includes a domain and a 1-year package of server, which the developer purchases, the mentioned services are required for the functionality of the web page.

2.5 The project amount should be paid to the account given in the payment details below.

2.6 The client does not have to pay the project amount in advance, the client is obliged to pay the project amount after the project is completed and the client gets to know the finished project in the test environment only. After the payment of the project amount, the project will be uploaded to the server.

3.1 website Post-commissioning maintenance is the responsibility of the customer.

3.2 The client will be provided with all the necessary information for maintaining the website (username, password) that the developer used while working on the project.

3.3 The client receives the materials provided by him, text, images, which represent the property of the client and are not subject to further use.

3.4 developeri reserves the right to use the website design created by it, except for the information added by the client and the modified design.

3.5 The client is obliged to pay the full cost of the project after reviewing the completed project on the test domain

3.6 In case of non-payment of the project amount, the developer terminates the contract. which excludes the continuation of the relationship in the future

3.7 After the full payment of the project amount, the client has the right to request the developer to transfer the project from the test mode to the server. The developer uploads the project to the server within 48 hours. This period is not included in the 10-day period for the completion of the project

3.8 In the event that the developer is unable to complete the project, he will notify the client in writing. In such a case, the amount paid is returned to the client and the contract is cancelled.

3.9 The parties are obliged to treat each other in good faith

4.1 For official communication, the mail and phone number specified in the contract are used. Other means can also be used (Facebook, Viber, Telegram, or others).

4.2 The client and the developer can appoint a contact person, The information provided by the contact person is equivalent to the information provided by the client or developer.

4.3 The contact person has the right to clarify or change the details of the project, except to cancel the contract and receive payment, unless otherwise agreed.

5.1 The contract will be terminated if the contract is fulfilled.

5.2 The contract is terminated if either party avoids communication. Except for the case that the client has seen the finished project on the test server, in this case the client pays the developer for the work done by him, which is 50% of the total project.

5.3 If the client has paid the amount in advance, and the developer avoids communication, the client has the right to request a full refund from the developer.

5.4 Other details that are not specified in this agreement will be decided by agreement of the parties
